Understanding the User – Discussion Topic: TurboTax.com

When visiting TurboTax.com, the first thing that strikes me is the overwhelming clutter of the interface. There is no clear flow to the site or distinct call to action and no call to action means no “Instant Gratification”. If I visit a site and do not find what I need in the first few seconds after landing on the page, I am off to ask Google to try again.
